All feeders are handcrafted so there will be some variations. Since our feeders are made from copper, natural changes in appearance will occur over time.
Nectar: Use one part ordinary white cane sugar to four parts water. Store unused syrup in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

These are far better than the ones I have from several years ago. The copper wire is much thicker. I am very pleased with this the product. Upon contacting the seller about a question, they were very responsive.

These feeders are awesome! Just swap out the inserts every day or two, so much easier and cleaner than the typical 'jar' type feeders. The other huge advantage is bees can't get to the nectar, as a result you don't have bees swarming.
So far no hummingbirds but thankfully the woodpeckers aren't trying to drink from it.
